Guys were nice and did excellent work repairing leaky gas lines. Felt taken advantage of $wise. Mike said it would cost $500 for repairs after walking through the property and seeing everything that was wrong. I replied that's fine. I was charged $680 with a less than believable explanation... "You're making money off your investment property, am I not allowed to make money too!?!" Guys did excellent work, but I wouldn't take owner for his word.
