Currently going under renovation... that is not why I give a low score. With the facility under work the service should be above expectations. I had to rent a u-haul, rather then pulling the truck up front the service agent have me the keys and told me where I would find the truck. Had to go back in to ask them to ask the workers to move there truck so that I could get mine out. What to do... u-haul is the only truck rental in the local area so had to deal with this.

Could not solve a billing issue that my friend received 4 months after she paid cash everyday for 3 days that she used a u-haul.. the account number was unmatched with her name.
