Miss the custards of our home city but Big Top is as good as you can do in Elmira. Much, much better pricing than nearby Rita's. The owner still works the counter frequently. A local institution.
Great ice cream stand. They carry my favorite (and usually not common) flavor of ice cream. Soft serve is always great. Good size portions and even better prices. Not too mention it's open later than most of the ice cream joints around. CASH ONLY. Highly recommend.
